How to delete your account

If you have the app installed:

1. Open LyricHunt and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This takes effect immediately and does not require contacting support.

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account (or with enough detail to identify your account) and request deletion. We will process the request without requiring you to reinstall the app.

Guest players (no signed-in account) are not identified by any personal information, so there is no account to delete — uninstalling the app removes your local device identifier and progress.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted:

• your email address, Google account link, profile picture, and premium purchase status are permanently removed;
• your active sessions and sign-in tokens are revoked and deleted;
• your display name is cleared.

What is retained, and why

Your account record itself is anonymized rather than removed outright, and gameplay history tied to it may persist in an anonymized form. This is solely to preserve data integrity for other records that reference your account (for example, integrity of aggregate game statistics) — none of the retained data identifies you once deletion is complete.

We do not offer account recovery after deletion.
